We collect only what we need to run Rememory: your name, email, and (if you provide it) phone number; the memories and media you save; and basic operational logs.

How we use it

To store and deliver your memories to the clubs you choose, to route your text messages, to process dues, and to keep the service working and secure. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to operate: Cloudflare (hosting + storage), Twilio (SMS/MMS), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (to route your text requests to the right memory — message text only, not your media). Your memories are visible only to members of the clubs they’re in.

SMS

Phone numbers are used only to send and receive your memories and are never sold or shared for marketing. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Retention & deletion

We keep your memories until you delete them or close your account. You can request full deletion at any time.
