Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-08
Rememory (“we”, “us”) provides a service for creating shared “memory clubs” and saving, recalling, and sharing memories via the web and SMS/MMS. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your content
You own the memories you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and deliver them to the clubs you place them in. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share, and don’t use Rememory for anything unlawful.
Text messaging (SMS/MMS program)
Program: Rememory. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box in your account Settings, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Rememory — replies to requests you send our number, and the memories you text in.
- Message frequency varies and depends on how often you text our number.
- Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out at any time. Both are handled automatically.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- For support, email us at the address on rememory.club. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Opting out stops texts but does not delete your account or memories.
Dues
Clubs are kept alive by dues. Billing is handled by Stripe. If dues lapse, your memories are never deleted as a result of non-payment — they become read-only for a grace period before cold archival, and you can restore access by renewing.
Deleting your data
You can delete memories, clubs, or your account. Contact us to request full data deletion.
Disclaimer
Rememory is provided “as is”, without warranty. We are not liable for lost data beyond what the law requires. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
